Meat is yummier with a marinade.
(And grilled, but that's beside the point.)
I just use a oil and vinegar type salad dressing.
It's super easy and there are so many out there to choose from!
My go-to's are either Balsamic or Italian
We grilled steaks that had been marinating in balsamic dressing last night.
Side note: I don't normally use the light version, but with everyone panic shopping for this virus that is all that was available.
